If you treat your employees as family, then you will never do them injustice. You will pay them on time and you will not deprive them of their benefits. You can get their loyalty in that method.

Just be fair to everyone who is under your employment. If one of them has done something wrong, then pass a note to the HR department. Let them handle this kind of situation so that there will not be a lot of things on your plate right now.

Overall, be hands on with everything that is going on in your company. That may be a hard thing to do given the fact that you also have a personal life but then, everything is possible with time management. Believe in that.
