How To Style Your Squeeze Page

By Ramzey Shawar

Keeping your squeeze page relevant is a challenge you are going to have to overcome. The problem is with the changes to the search engines, it is nearly impossible to keep your website relevant to what you need it to be. This is when you should know about a few of the trends that will help you get your squeeze page to remain relevant no matter what.

The first trend that you should know about is the number of outlets to the sales page. These outlets are rather important and should be prominent in the page. By having these prominent in the page, people will be able to know more about where they should click to go to the sales page. Something else is the first one of these should be above the fold to guarantee the customers do not leave the page before they find the proper outlet.

A second thing you need to have is a strong call to action phrase. These phrases should be capitalized and in a different color than the rest of the information on the page. When you have the page set up like this, it is easy for you to have people notice the call to action and perform the desired action. Without the color change or the large print people could easily miss out on the information and not make the right association.

Finally people should realize another trend is to use the exit popup. Yes, these can be annoying, but they do work at getting people to stay on the page and potentially take advantage of a special offer. However, people need to realize they should have something on the exit popup that can be free or a discount for people to take advantage of.

While most people never really think about the squeeze page and use the same one for all the work they do, they need to realize this may not work out too well for them. The reason is the new trends are coming that is making the older squeeze pages boring. With information on the new trends, people can easily find the right trend and get more people to view and use their squeeze page.
